I have loved exercise for the last 28 years, and have been lucky to work in the fitness industry for the last 15 years. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for exercise to assist others in achieving their goals. I have been with FCF for the last 8 years and can honestly say it never feels like work.

Suzanne Floyd

I have always had a love for lifting weights. I’ve been a member of FCF for over 10 years, working here for 5. An osteoporosis scare 10 years ago encouraged me to make lifting weights an every day part of my life. This opened doors to competing in body building, with my first comp in 2012, competing through to 2017. In this time, I’ve learnt a lot and my bone density is back in the normal range. My training will always be focused around weights along with HIIT workouts, we all need a mix of both. My clients are all individual. That’s how I program each session. 5 years ago, I qualified as a Personal Trainer and started my own business, Burn Personal Training with Suzanne, to help and educate others with their journey. The role of exercise has incredible benefits, both physically and mentally. My role is to educate and encourage you along the way. I’m grateful for that opportunity.

Penny Fitzpatrick

My love for fitness started 17 years ago. As I tried to lose weight after having my beautiful daughters. I loved training and had learnt so much on my own journey that I decided to become a Personal trainer and share my knowledge and excitement on reaching those goals that seem so far to reach. I believe that the first step is the hardest to take but when you do it's life changing. I have completed a course in nutrition and completed my cert 3 and 4 in Persons training with Australian institute of Personal Trainers in 2013. Your goals and your dreams are important so take that first step and become that healthy happy you that I found 17 years ago. It's truly life changing!
