Time to get your heart rate up and burn those calories with the interval training methods of high intensity interval training (HIIT) paired with high intensity resistance training (HURT) to increase your VO2 max and induce a metabolic response. Simply put, this class will make you fitter, faster and stronger.

The 30 minute class that lasts 24 hours, using body weight exercises to tone the muscles, boost metabolism and burn fat.
