Functional fitness at its best, designed to test your core, improve your fitness and build strength using only kettle bells, slam balls and battle ropes. One of our personal trainers' favourite classes.

Time to get your heart rate up and burn those calories with the inteval training methods of high intensity interval training (HIIT) paired with high intensity resistance training (HURT) to increase your VO2 max and induce a metabolic response. Simply put, this class will make you fitter, faster and stronger.

BOXING

Start your fitness journey off the right way with our boxing class. Boxing has many benefits and is for the beginner to advanced. Boxing benefits include, strengthens upper body and core, improves balance, boots endurance, enhances your mood. BYO gloves and get ready to box.

AMRAP DOUBLE

We have taken the popular crossfit method of amrap and doubled it up. Perform two amraps back-to-back, the ultimate test of strength and cardio. Take the double up challenge!
